Penmaenmawr and District u3a

The make-up of Pen U3A has lacked a sufficient core of members for some time to keep a monthly Harder Walks (meaning generally mountain) programme going. The proposal here (and the title is provisional!) is to try out a 2^nd Wednesday walks programme that will be more varied. Any type of walk can be included but it is hoped that there will be some offering a harder walking ability than in the Medium Walks programme. Perhaps there might be an emphasis on moderate walks within a mountainous setting, but some harder mountain walks could be included. Anybody can offer to lead a walk by notifying me so I can make sure there is a slot in the programme and I can add the walk details to the newsletter. The factual nature of each walk will be given so that people can make up their own minds whether they would like to attend a walk. WALK LEADERS NEEDED PLEASE!
