Film Club will be a new group in the U3A. It will be a group of like-minded people who get together to go and see films, plays, and shows at Theatre Colwyn, Venue Cymru and even further afield in London, Manchester and Liverpool. We will also be watching films and TV series on Netflix or Amazon Prime or even on a DVD or video, depending on what people want. If you are interested can you please get in touch with Janet Dibble. Theatre
These visits, by their very nature, are on an ad hoc basis and often involve Theatr Colwyn in Colwyn Bay for plays, National Theatre Live productions and standard films. There is the occasional visit to Caernarfon, Bangor, Llandudno and Rhyl. Seasonal concerts will be included e.g. Conwy Music Festival in July and Rhyl Music Club. Details usually at least a month in advance can be found in the newsletter.
