Thursday 24th September at 2pm    There is an opportunity to attend a 90-minute first aid session provided for Pen u3a by the Red Cross. No test or qualification, just an awareness of what we should do in the event of incidents such as heart attack, strain or sprain, stroke, choking, heat stroke, diabetic emergency. Read more
